Description:
This race is designed to be a fun way of spending a Sunday Afternoon. Everyone is welcome to take part. Families are especially welcome to come along, Mums, Dads, Children. Bring the strollers or even the the dog on a lead.
There will be prizes for participants and a certificate for all children who take part.
You can stroll, walk, jog or run its up to you.
This race is open to people of all abilities.
Race starts out of Castlebar on the R311 Newport Road at junction of Pound Road.
Proceeds to top of pound rd turn left on Rathbawn Road, left off rathbawn on to knights park, straight run down to Boradruma then left onto the Snugboro road and finally left onto the Newport road and back to the original start up point junction of Newport Road and Pound, proceeding a small tiny bit down that Newport road past the start point to finish at the De la Salle college.
