30th Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon, Ormeau Park, 9.00 am.
Fees-marathon £33 (walk £22) ; Relayteam (of 5) £80.
Also 4m fun run £11 (£9 child). Entries close April 16.
Belfast will host this year’s event on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May. Over 20,000 runners are expected to hit the streets of North, South, East and West of the City.
The event has grown with the inclusion of new sponsors which now include Deep RiverRock, Belfast City Council, Sport Northern Ireland, Daily Mirror, Charles Hurst Renault, Athletics Northern Ireland, Premier Inn Hotel, Translink, Asics, Up and Running and U105.
The official nominated charities for this year are Macmillan Cancer Support and Transplant Sport UK.
