11year old Zach Wright is climbing Kiliminjaro for the Irish Heart Foundation after the recent deaths of his Grandma & Uncle from cardiac related illness. This 5km race is to raise funds for the IHF. All funds raised go to the IHF as his trip is already paid for. There is no entry fee on the day, donations would be great. There is a 5k run on a very flat course so PB’s are possible. There is also a 2.5km option for people new to running or those who may want to push a pram or bring thier gran. There will be loads of well deserved refreshments afterwards.
