In aid of TLC4CF. This charity organisation was founded by friends and family of People with Cystic Fibrosis in Tipperary, Limerick and Clare. They are a regional branch of the Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland, dedicated to improving services for people with Cystic Fibrosis living in the Mid West. To help us raise funds and awareness for this charity we would like you to get involved by joining us on a 10k Fun Run. Runners, joggers and walkers are invited to take part. Registration will take place on the 2nd Sept between 7pm and 8pm and on the 3rd Sept from 9.30am in the Marquee outside the Shannon Shamrock in Bunratty. The registration fee is €15.00 up to and including the 28th August. Any registrations after this date will increase to €20. There is prizemoney for the first and second male and female to cross the finish line.Punctuality is vital if the Fun Run is to be a success.
The Fun Run is a professionally organised main road race and will start on 3rd September at 11 a.m Sharp. There will be a big “Warm Up” with Marta Staut certified Zumba instructor which will commence at 10:40am.
It is important to note that this years route has been amended to make it more favourable to runners and walkers alike.
