April 27 In 2014 Pettitt’s SuperValu Wexford half marathon and 10km have a charity initiative to raise €4,000 for 2 x Charities.
If the race reached 1,500 entrants they will donate €3,000 to Pieta House and €1,000 to Wexford Marine watch https://www.wexfordmarinewatch.com/ The charities tab begins once they exceed last years number of 1,300 entrants. So it is ‘plus 200 entrants’ to make the €4,000 target. This is very achievable considering they have grown by +200 entrants for the past two years. Should they exceed the 1,500 entrants the charities donation will increase pro rata. So its ‘bums on seats’ required to help make (or exceed) the target. We need your help…
