Event Specific Coaching
Olympic Coach to lead field event Coaching Workshop in Shercock
Dan Kennedy, former Irish Olympic Javelin Coach, will lead a field events workshop in Shercock, Co Cavan on Saturday 21st March. Hosted and promoted by Cavan Co Board the following disciplines will be offered –Javelin, Shot/Discus, High Jump and Long Jump. All events will be staffed by National Coaches
Coaches with an interest in developing their expertise in these disciplines and athletes/personal coaches are invited to attend.

10.30-11 registration/introduction
11.00am -1pm- Event Specific coaching – athletes/coaches choose from one of the four disciplines
