Registration (TBC) at Lamb Doyle\'s Pub (Blackglen Road, Sandyford) starting at 09:50. Race start at Ticknock car park. Gr. O 168240
Organisers Instructions:
The route climbs from Ticknock car park, through Ticknock forest. At the upper carpark the route veers left and eventually brings the athletes out of the forest at the bottom of the path known as the boneshaker. Up here and left at the masts and follow a long fireroad for about a kilometer. This will bring the runner out onto the back of Two Rock (overlooking J Foxes). From here Two Rock is climbed and the Fairy Castle reached. Descent straight down to Three Rock and again straight down the bone shaker (living up to its name this time!). Continue back the way you came until the finish at Ticknock Carpark.
