AGE GROUP SELECTION 2009
Details for Age Group Selection Races for the World Triathlon Championships in Australia in 2009 are now available online – please click on “Selection” from the menu on the home page of our website for further details.
Selection races for all other age group races in 2009 will be available soon.

Pulse Tri Club Open Day
Pulse Triathlon Club are having a Triathlon Open Day on Sunday 19th October, between 1-4pm in Westpark Fitness Centre, Greenhills Road, Tallaght. The Club will be there to advise anyone thinking about getting into the sport about what the sport entails, what training is involved for winter and summer, what gear is needed, what races they might aim for and how the Club might help them into the sport. The Club will have a range of members there from their new members just finished their first season to the more seasoned sprint/olympic distance competitors and even the more elusive ironman. There will be presentations between 1-2:30pm and a swim training session from 3-4pm for those who want a tester of what the club sessions are like.
