Star of the Sea AC 26th Annual Cross Country Meeting Sunday 28th September at 11.00am in Greenanstown, Stamullen, Co. Meath: Races for U9’s to U15 boys and girls all ages, U17 girls and boys, Junior, Senior & Master women & men – women 3k and men 6k. Juvenile races: medals and comemorative T-shirt for 1st 3 finishers plus medals only for finishers 4-6 and also medals for 1st 3 teams (3 to score on each team). Star of Sea Shield goes to best juvenile club – based on 1st 6 finishers in all of juvenile races. Cash prizes for junior, senior & master races.
Entry fee at gate €3 for all juveniles and €5 for adults. The juvenile athletes then just go to the line as their race is called. Registration for junior, senior & master races is an additional €10 and registration closes at 12.30pm with ladies 3k starting at 12.45pm followed by the men’s 6k race. Cash prizes for 1st 6 overall as well as 1st 3 in Junior and 1st 3 in O/40, O/50 and O/60 for both men and women. Team prize for 1st combined junior & senior team and also 1st masters team. Complimentary tea and coffee available. Venue will be signposted from Stamullen village and from the Duleek to Julianstown road.
