The course through this fantastic working farm will be enjoyable, scenic and challenging. The trail run will consist of field runs, a climb along a fantastic wood, a run through a valley and woodland, crossing of streams, passing old graveyards, obstacles and more. This really will be a fantastic course that is suitable for all levels of runner. |
| Accommodation |
Accommodation will be available for participants. The event will take place at Slane Farm Hostel and various types of accommodation is available. The hostel has private cottages, private rooms, dorms and camping available. | Social Evening |
We will be hosting a social evening after the race in the amazing Boyles of Slane. We will be showing the Ireland vs England Six Nations match, then we will have live music throughout the evening and a BBQ!! Don’t miss out! www.boylesofslane.com |
| First Year Event |
The first annual Slane Cross Country Trail Run will take place on February 22nd 2014 in the wonderful surroundings of Slane Farm Hostel. This event will consist of a challenging and enjoyable 5k and 10k run through the beautiful setting of this working farm |
