Following the success of 2010, we are delighted to announce that the Runegal 10k will take place in Donegal on Sunday 5th June 2011 at 10am. The idea behind the Runegal 10k is to offer us all a real challenge, and raise money for The Donegal Hospice.
The 10k course is set in the rugged North West of Donegal, in the small town of Dunfanaghy. The run takes place around the sea cliffs of Horn Head on Sunday 5th June. You run from Dunfanaghy, at the foot of the hill, to the cliff peaks of 728 feet above sea level at the 5k mark.
The good news is, it is all downhill from here, with breathtaking views to accompany you on the journey back.
