– Outfield Sports/Asics “3 Counties Challenge”
– Stryker 4 Mile Road Race The 2nd race in the Outfield Sports/Asics “3 Counties Challenge” took place last night. The “Champion Kiely” 5Km was held in dreadful conditions , with driving rain during the race, but this did not stop a record entry of 143 starting the race. The mens race was one by Sergia Turea of Clonliff Harriers in a time of 15:25, while Corina Walsh of West Waterford continued her recent great form by winning the ladies race in 18:26.

Race 3 in the series takes place on Friday 18th July, the Morris Oil Piltown 10 Km, in Piltown , Co. Kilkenny (4 miles from Carrick on Suir.)
