5k mud challenge being held in Rathcormac, Co Cork, funds raised will be donated to the Sinead Shines in Spite of Lyme Appeal. The Challenge begins and finishes within Rathcormac village and its central location means that there is easy access for all participants no matter where you are travelling from. The course is spread over the beautiful countryside surrounding the village which will see participants travel along and through the River Bride.
This is guaranteed to be a great day out suitable for all levels of fitness with plenty of smiles and laughs along the way. It is not a race but an opportunity to embrace a fun and exciting challenge
