Ras Na Manach. This will be an accuratly measured 10k road race over a challenging course. There will also be a treasure hunt over a shorter 5k course. This event will take place in the town of Graignamanagh in Co. Kilkenny. There is a substantial prize fund. Refreshments after the race for all finishers. shower s also available for use.
