The annual "Salmon Run Triathlon" will be held in Ballina, Co. Mayo on July 10th, 2010 at 17:15.
Distances (downstream swim)
swim 750m, cycle 20km, run 5km.
Registration will open at 11:00 and close at 14:00 sharp on Saturday the 10th 2010. Unregistered entrants will not be allowed to compete.
