Saturday is coming fast, and can’t wait to see you all in Portumna ! Online entry closing Friday at 12 noon, but some entries also available on the day
As usual the event is under the Athletics Association of Ireland rules, and the AIMS international regulation.

The main queries in the last few weeks is regarding the Pickup of race numbers :
Friday evening registration is 6.00pm – 8.00pm for 100km, 50km & Marathon participants.
On Saturday numbers will also be available to be collected an hour before the start of the 50k, Marathon, and 5km at the Marina.
For the 100km numbers may also be collected at 5:30am
( 30min before the 100k starts) at the Shannon Oaks Hotel. 100km partipants are encouraged to collect their numbers on Friday evening to minimise delays on te day
We have some serious competitors coming and the events are looking good, friendly and relaxed ! The music is ready to be played along your foot steps ! And of course my usual French habits !
The 5k is just a fun run in which all the money will go to the local Youth Café ?
Bring your rain gear this year and sun cream. Bring your own first aid kit if you have blisters, or anything which might need medical attention, we need to keep our first aid resources for emergencies.
