The largest Duathlon Series in the UK & Ireland. 2.7km run (1 lap), 13km cycle (3 laps), 2.7km run (1lap). Sign-0n Sunday 1pm – Wednesday 2pm – Runways store, parnell Street, Dublin 1. Wednesday 6pm – 7pm (note we have to close at 7pm to clear the transition area). Starts 7:15pm start – fast 7:30pm start – intermediate 7:45pm start – beginners
