The course will start in Ballydehob, heading out along the coast run to Rossbrin beside Roaringwater Bay with its many islands, and then returning to the village again. Tshirts for the first 100 finishers. Transition point at 5k for teams of two. All proceeds go to local schools and co-action West Cork.
