from A.A.I website Despite the inclement weather this weekend, many athletes and coaches turned up to take part in the High Jump and Triple Jump workshops in Santry.
Randy Lewis led a very dynamic triple jump session attended by many of the athletes on the National Squad as well as many other interested Coaches and Athletes.
Christoph Eder and Deirdre Ryan led very interesting high jump sessions and again many National Squad athletes attended as well as other coaches and athletes keen to observe and learn from the drills and skills being used at international level.
The next National Squad session for Jumps is planned for Saturday December 12th in Cushinstown.
