A challenging new Duathlon with a few twists. The event will be staged on the full 3.3km international circuit at Mondello Park near Naas, Co Kildare.
The first run will be a lap of the 3.3km full track followed by 6 draft legal laps of the same circuit. The cycle will be 20km in length.
The final run will be a 2.4km, part road, part cross country all within the grounds of Mondello.
