None The Liz McDonnell 5K Cross Country Run will take place on October 5th at Castletown House, Celbridge. Registration from 1PM. Race at 2.30PM. This is the 4th running of the event and has raised an average of €5,000 each year for charity. Walk, Jog or Run on the day. All proceeds go to ARC Cancer Care.

2008. Please print this card or cards and distribute them to any friends or people you know who would like to participate. Its a great event for a great cause in memory Elizabeth who was an exceptional athlete.
Completed cards + money should be returned to the Registration tent on the day at Castletown House. Thank you most kindly for your support for this event over the years. In 2007 over 700 competitors took place.
Remember to have fun on the Run at Castletown. Life life to the full.
Each competitor will be presented with a medal. This year SWAN Plant hire are once again sponsoring all medals. Jarlath Daly has sponsored
the primary winners statues. Compete in the mens, ladies, veterans, U16 categories or just turn up for a good walk.
