The Laragh-Glendalough Shamrock 6k Trail Run will take place in Spring 2014 in aid of St. Kevin’s National school in Laragh village. The run will be a loop through Laragh woods beginning at the rear of St. Kevins’ dretuning via the bottom trail of the beautiful Brockagh mountain to Laragh for coffee and cake. It promises to be a fun day for all levels of runners and walkers but be prepared to get a bit muddy. All monies from registration and refreshments will fund St. Kevin’s national school from where the race with start and finish. This trail run promises to be a fantastic event that will bring together the community and the walkers and runners that frequent the Wicklow mountains. Parking and Registration in Brockagh Resource Centre in Laragh Village with start at Laragh Woods behind St. Kevin’s National School. As you enter Laragh village stay right to travel in the direction of Glendalough. Take the right turn after McCoy’s XL shop and service station and park in the Brockagh on your left. St. Kevin’s is 50 metres up the road on the right with the start and finish at the woods entrance. Registration 12 euro excluding CC charges
