Welcome to the first Lanesborough Triathlon. This event will be the finale of the 25.5 series Triathlon this year A “Yellow Jersey” will be given after each event to the overall leader (male and Female) of the series.

Bernard Barrett is in the lead with an overall time of 02:32:02 with local man Colm Daly close behind on 2:32:49. Darragh Bailey is next on 2:39:30, Bryan Hyland 2:47:45 and Gerard Daly 2:54:02.
In the ladies section Aoife Sharkey is leading the way in 2:59:20 with Noreen O’Toole not far behind in 3:04:16.
Registration time : Friday Evening from 7 to 9pm & Saturday morning from 8.00 – 9am
– Transition open from 8:30 to 9:30
– Please come early for registration as there is well over 120 people entered and the Triathlon Ireland Papers need to be filled.
– Mini Triathlon will start at 9:30am so give the way to the athletes
– Briefing at 9:45 in the transition area
Wetsuit and Helmet are compulsory.
