The Annual Tri Lakes Knockma Duathlon takes place on Sunday 13th Sept at 10AM.
Situated in the Heart of North Galway, The Iconic Knockma Hill is the backdrop for this race which
consists of a 5k Hill run, 20k cycle and another 5 K Hill run. Registration on the Day at Caherlistrane GAA Pitch from 8am – 9.15 am. or online at runireland.com
