from the AAI website First competition in the new High Performance Centre, Jordanstown. The Irish Universities Athletics Association has teamed up with University of Ulster Athletics Club and Athletics NI for the Irish University Indoor Games and Open Competition on Saturday 13 December from 10am.

It will be the first competition in the High Performance Centre in Jordanstown, since the official opening by Sebastian Coe KBE.

The competition will offer the following events:
• 60m
• 60m Hurdles
• High Jump
• Long Jump
• Triple Jump
• Pole Vault
• Shot Putt

The track events will have two rounds of races for each entered athlete, with the second round seedings based on the times from the first round. Electronic Timing will be in operation.

Entries on the day are £2/€3 for NIA/AAI registered athletes and free for all IUAA athletes.
