This is a10k Obstacle course run in the very scenic lough key forest park, Bo yle, County Roscommon,The challenge is designed by fittness professionals/firefighter instructors and army personal. There are over 28 obstacles in this 10k challege including the dredded tower- 7 stories to climb carrying fire hoses and rescue equipment, hang tough (over the river swamp),Firefighter crawls, the last slope of hope (the higgest ramps in Ireland), shreks swamp,(smells lovely), the 10ft inverted walls, the balance beams, the monkey bars, the water cannon etc. Our team has designed the obstacles for last years Ireland Fittest Families semi final and we have now been signed up to design over half of this years courses for the show.
