The Ilen Duathlon is scheduled to take place on Sunday 3rd April 2011 at 11:30am at Skibbereen Rowing Club.
It will take the format of a 3Km Run, a 30Km Cycle and a further 3Km run.
Once again this will be a time chipped event, open to competitors of all levels. The registration desk on the day will be open from 9:30am to 11am at the Rowing Club
This year we have reduced the entry fee for individuals. The charge will now be €28 per individual and €43 per team of two
