Organisers Instructions:
Race starts at GAA pitch in Howth. Please car pool as usual to lessen our footprint. Where possible arrange to collect runners from Howth Dart station to make it easier.

Notes:
Two laps of an undulating loop with several short sharp climbs around the trails near the Ben of Howth. The trail quality is generally good and would equate in difficulty to a tough cross country course.
