Hollymount as part of their international roadrace timetable are hosting a Fit4life 8k fun walk/run at 12 noon on Sunday November 7th so if you are a fit4life member, or someone who is interested in walking, jogging or running 8k this is the event for you. Why not make it a family event and bring the family to take part. The course is an accurately measured 8k with a permit from AAI, it is mostly flat with 2 short hills. It is one full 8k loop and very scenic. The atmosphere in Hollymount is always great on this Sunday in November as there is also a Junior race, a fast Womens 3k race and the annual international mens 10k event.
