Shake off those xmas calories in our our first annual 10k road run!!
Overlooking the beautiful surroundings of The Heath in county Laois. We would like to attract people from around the country, be it men, women or teenagers. If you would like to nominate your favourite charity please do so on the registration form and then make contact with that charity to receive a sponsorship card.
All paricipants will receive a medal on completion of the course and prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed Ladies and Gents. All runners will be chipped timed. These times will be available on our website once we get all allocated times. Refreshments and food will be served after the race.
