
The first Fionn Mac Cumhaill Challenge takes place on Saturday 30 June 2012 at 2pm in Slieve Gullion Forest Park, Newry Co Armagh.
This is a Chipped Duathlon event that will start with a 1.5 mile run uphill within Slieve Gullion Forest Park, then continuing with a 12 mile cycle that includes steep gradients and fast descents on country roads around Camlough Lake and finishing with a 1.5 mile run.

You can enter either as an individual, or relay team of two;
Registrations through Run Ireland will be closed from 12.00noon on Thursday 28 June 2012 and will open again on Friday 29 June from 6.00-8.00pm at Slieve Gullion Courtyard. We will also be taking registrations on the morning of the event from 9.00am to 1.30pm.
Don’t leave it too late – limited places!
This is a charity fundraiser for the Clanrye Group and all funds raised will go towards supporting people with a learning and/or physical disability.
