This years Donadea Forest Duathlon race series:

The Donadea Forest Duathlon is a 3k run, 21.5k cycle, 2.75k run. Chip timed. The event is run in the beautiful environs of Donadea Forest Park. The start/finish/transition area is located beautifully in front of Donadea castle. Both runs are in forest roads in the park, passing by the castle, old church, through the forest, and back around by the lake. The cycle is on quite country roads, taking you through Donadea, Timahoe, Staplestown. The duathlon is suitable for both the novice and more experienced athlete. Refreshments will be available afterwards.
