The time is almost upon us for the Days Adventure Duathlon As preparations are underway Sebastien and Padraig wish the best of luck to all participants tomorrow and hope that everyone enjoys the event.
There will be limited entry available on the day and of course if anyone wishes to help out with marshalling they are more than welcome to come along to registration at 8am and let us know.

The timing company have asked that we tell particpants that timing chips are to be worn on shoe not on your wrist. This is very important if you wnat your time to be accurately recorded.
The Days Hotel Castlebar has been renamed in the last week, it is now called the Harlequin Hotel, so look out for that when you are on your way.
