On behalf of EMC Running Club, I would like to thank all of the runners who took part, in record numbers, in this year’s EMC 5k. As everyone knows organizing an event like this takes a lot of time & planning and we could not have done it without the support & help of the following people & groups.
Thanks also to Eire Óg GAA Club for the use of their fine facilities, the Gardaí for their help, the EMC stewards & caterers who gave up their time to help out on the night & our sponsors, whom without their support we couldn’t have run this event.
To all of you thanks for your continued support.
We would also like to thank the Red Cross and their ambulance crew and to all who helped on the night.
Last, but by no means least, we extend our thanks to the Cork BHAA committee who do such ‘Trojan work’ in the background and without whom these events would not be possible.
