Cork Orienteering Club hosts a Trail Run in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland at Garretstown Wood, Ballinspittle on Tuesday August 21st. There will be a mass start at 7.30pm and the course will be on the paths and trails around the forest, covering about 7km. All proceeds will go to Down Syndrome Ireland. More details to follow.
