Do the first ever Castlerea Rose Festival 5K/10K run/walk/jog. This event is open to runners of all levels and walkers. Great fun for all the family! It takes the route of quiet country lanes, crossing through our beautiful Demesne and through the Main Street of Castlerea. Registration will take place from 12 noon in the GAA Centre, The Demesne with the race starting at 2.30pm sharp. Parking and changing facilities are available. Entry fee is €10 for 10km and €5 for 5km. The run is offically measured & timed. U16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Each entrant will receive a medal on completion and tea/coffee and light refreshments will be served during the presentations of prizes.
