This, the 10th annual Carney Lissadell 10K Road Race, will take place on Easter Monday, April 21st 2014. It is one of the most popular 10k events of the year, with over 350 participants last year alone, and forms part of the popular Sligo Road Race League. The event includes a 10k Road Race, a 10k Walk, and kids fun races beforehand. All registrations will be in the Oxfield Community Centre. The course is AAI certified and there will be chip timing. There will also be the usual generous prize fund and post-race refreshments in Oxfield for all participants. Proceeds of this year’s event will go towards the Acquired Brain Injury Unit at Sligo Regional Hospital and the Oxfield Community Centre. All welcome!
