The Calcutta Run is our annual 10k run or walk, organised every year to help homeless children in Dublin and Calcutta. This is our 13th year, and last year we raised over €160,000 euro thanks to support from people like you. The event is taking place on the Saturday, 26th May so keep that date free.
The run takes a route through the Phoenix Park, starting and finishing in the grounds of the Law Society, Blackhall Place, followed by a barbeque and a party for all the family. You can help by:
Participating by running or walking
Sponsoring a runner or walker
Making a donation to the Calcutta Run Fund
Becoming a Firm representative and enlist runners or walkers to participate in the event.
One of the most unique things about this event is the monster barbeque and party afterwards with up to 1,200 people enjoying some food and drink after their endeavours. There is also plenty for the kids like bouncy castles and plenty of fun and games. So recruit your family and friends, and most of all enjoy a great day out with them while raising money for a good cause.
