DOG AND OWNER SECTION gathering great interest. A year has passed quicker than I could have ever imagined, seems like only yesterday we where getting all the pieces of jigsaw together for the first year of the race. The dog and owner section this year has brought about great interest which is what we wanted, most of us train with our furry friends and never get the chance to race with them So HERE YOU GO!!!
Im really excited about this year. I recently had one of the charity field workers come up to my house Steve Conway and show me pictures and plans of what the charity actually done with all the donations and race entries from last year…amazing…
On the field they bought last year, they have expanded the maternity facilities and health center for the local village. TEAMHOPE do endless work out in these remote places and thrive to better the living conditions for those less fortunate than ourselves.
With this years money they hope to buy three cows for the locals to sustain themselves.
We have great prizes donated from a few sources this year ,which is very helpfull and better for youselves entering the race.. RUNWORX…..COLEMANS OF SANDYFORD…CLIP N TAILS…..BLUE LIGHT ….. SANDYFORD VETINARY CLINIC…and many more..
This promises to be a fun filled day out..and most importantly EVERYONE gets a shiny medal, so please come along and bring your dog if you have one and enjoy yourself and most importantly your helping amazing people in alot worse conditions than we moan about…
