12th year of running- scenic 10k loop in east Limerick. Flat first 5k from Bilboa AC clubhouse to Cappamore, second half gradual climbs and rolling down to finish. Changing, showers, refreshments and prize-giving post-event in the sportsclub. Walkers welcome- €5 fee, non-competitive Group Start 7:30pm. Runners- €10, Start 8pm sharp. Signposted from Cappamore and Doon. Prizes in all category, lots of spot prizes.
