5k run on saturday the 1st of december for ballynacargy boxing club,ballynccargy is 8 miles outside mullingar, entry is 10 euros and 5 euros for under 16, 2pm registration and starts at 3pm at ballynacargy community centre(boxing club), its a nice flat run,all ages and levels of fitness welcome!!
