Ballinameen ladies annual run walk or jog is on Sunday 16th August starting at 1pm at the church.
The run is 10km and for the walkers we have the old 7km route.
You can Run, Walk, Jog or crawl either route. Entry is €10.
We have prizes for winners in 3 categories for those who do the 10k,
Music and refreshments afterwards in the Cross Bar. Music starting later in the evening.
