The annual 5 mile road race takes place on 2nd January at 1pm in Bandon. Registration takes place in the Gaa pavilion from 11am. The event is organised by the local Athletic Athletic Club. The race begins on the By pass and then goes throught he town before going out the country. We hope to attract large numbers, as this event was cancelled last year due to the freezing road conditions.
This will be a great way to start off the new year and to rid yourself of the Christmas excess!!!
