4th May 2013 – Ability Run 2013 10k Road Race and 5k fun run. Last year an event was organised in aid of Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Ireland. This year it is getting bigger and better with a 10km competitive run and a 5km fun run. Many of our members who are wheelchair users and their family and taking part in the 5km so this route will be wheelchair accessible and family friendly.
€25 pp for 10 km run (prizes available for 1st, 2nd, 3rd in male/female/disability categories)
€15 pp for 5km fun run
€40 family fee for 5km run (2 adults, 2 children)
