Date: Bank Holiday Monday, 2nd May 2011 – 3:00pm This race is designed to be a fun way of spending a Bank Holiday Monday afternoon. Everyone is welcome to take part. Families are especially welcome, so come along, Mums, Dads, Children. Bring the strollers or even the dog on a lead. Water will be available at tables along the route. Order of Malta personnel will be available in case of any medical issues. A wheelchair bus will be available at the rear for any person in need of assistance. Local radio station KCLR will broadcast live from outside the Aspect Hotel prior to the race start. You can stroll, walk, jog or run it’s up to you. This race is open to people of all abilities. Race starts out of Woodies Carpark on the ring road. Late registration outside Aspect Hotel, in carpark. Our 10k Mini Marathon proceeds out to the Kilkenny/Waterford road (N10), to Foulkstown (N10), turning left at Foulkstown, and around in a right hand loop to Grovine Cross (N10), turn right at Grovine cross on the Waterford Road (N10) to Foulkstown, returning back to the finish line in Woodies carpark.
