We have kindly been forwarded your details by an athlete who had an assessment completed with us at the Ulster Sports Academy’s Performance Services Unit last week. He suggested you may be interested in similar services/packages.
For your information I have attached a copy of the documents explaining both the running and cycling assessments which we perform in the Human performance lab at the University of Ulster Jordanstown. The information provides you with guidelines on each assessment and also outlines costs and contact details.
Tests normally cost £120 per person for tests carried out during the hours of 09.00-16.00 Monday to Friday and £140 for tests carried out in the evenings (after 16.00). There is a discount of £10 for a group of athletes (over 5 individuals) who wish to have an assessment completed. A free strength and conditioning programme can also be organised for clubs or groups who wish to book in a group of five or more individuals for the test package. Additionally any athletes who wish to complete both the cycling and running assessments can avail of a £40 discount off the total price for both assessments.
To claim the £10 discount of the price of the service clients should quote their athletics club name followed by £10 when making a booking with us e.g ‘Finn Valley AC £10’
