West Waterford’s Track and Field Sports evening to be held in the Friary College at 7 p.m. All are welcome to take part in any of the events on offer. The events are 100metres, 400 metres, I mile run, long jump, shot and 1 mile bicycle race. Your total points will depend on your finishing position. Only take part in the events that are suitable to you.
