All competitors receive a T-shirt and all finishers a medal.
Entrants must be 16 years of age or over on the day of the race.
Closing date for entries: Friday 29th May 2009
Entry Fee: Affiliated Club Runners £12, Non-Affiliated £13
Late entries will be accepted up until Friday 26th June 2009 at an additional charge of £5.
Entries after the 26th June 2009 and including Race Day will only be accepted at Ards Leisure Centre and will incur a fee of £20.
Refunds will not be made under any circumstances.
This event is being held under an Athletics Northern Ireland Permit and has been accurately measured by Athletics N.I. The race will be run on roads and footpaths (not traffic free) and is not suitable for wheelchairs. The course will be marshalled and police will facilitate the management of traffic.
It is recommended that participants not currently involved in physical sporting activity should seek medical advice on their suitability to take part in this event.
