Women’s Aid is a voluntary organisation that supports women who are physically, sexually and mentally abused in their own homes.
All proceeds from the Great Ireland Run 2009 will go towards funding the Women’s Aid National Freephone Helpline (1800 341 900), which operates 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
