Team Managers / Team Captains
As the forthcoming Dublin 2009 European Cross Country Championships will be held in Santry Demesne on 13th December 2009 we are taking the opportunity to run through a number of the procedures at the Inter Club Cross Country Championships on 1st March 2009.
Please the following:
1. Bib number Electronic Timing Chips will be used
2. Check in area will be situated at entrance to Morton Stadium indoor warm up area
3. A call room will be in operation at the back of the start line.
4. All athletes must go through the call room to activate the timing chips 20 minutes prior to start of their event
5. Athletes clothing will be taken from the call room to the mixed zone.
6. Athletes must continue to mixed zone from race finish
7. Please ensure that athletes transponders are returned
8. First 3 individual and first 3 teams in each event must remain in the mixed zone area from where they will be escorted to the presentation area.
9. Each club will have a designated cubicle in the mixed zone area.
10. To facilitate the chip timing no late entries will be accepted on the day
